The host has a connected studio and has access to the shared spaces.
My home is near down town on a wide 1/2 acre lot. It has a private tennis court and pool. Mercy Hospital is 2 miles and UC Merced is 5 miles distance from my home. Yosemite is 64 miles away and the closest ocean access is under a 2 hour drive. I live in a friendly neighborhood with wide streets and mature trees.

I grew up in a small, northern California farming community. Matt and I both graduated from FRESNO State and have 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren. I taught Adapted PE, but now Iam retired and Substitute teach for Special Ed. I have many amenities on our property of one and a half an acre near Main street.
