Quiet, clean, comfortable, easy access to I-15, golf, pickleball, trails, hiking, mountain biking... outdoor lovers dream! Backyard is dirt only, unfenced. Home has houseplants that i am hopeful will be watered (I can hire a person to do so). This is my home away from home. I had it up for sale, but I need to rent it at this point because the market is too slow.
