Space

1 bedroom for rent in a 1700 s.f. house. The other bedroom is occupied by me (the owner). House has living room, 2 bathrooms. Dining room, kitchen, office, laundry room, and 4 season sun room. There is presently a twin size new sofabed in the room but if you prefer a queen sized bed, I have one in a room not shown in the photographs that I can swap out for the twin size
