Private property on a dead end street, no through traffic. Quiet small town feel, buildings are a comfortable distance apart. Multiple long-term residents that like to keep private, quiet--same will be expected of our short-term guests.

The property is visited daily by large native birds, cotton candy skies at sunset. Unit is small but is spectacular.
