I clean and maintain the apartment very clean so I ask guests to be mindful of the common spaces. I normally clean and water the plants weekly/biweekly. The neighborhood is comprise of blue collar workers and middle class millennials. The neighborhood over all is a safe place with lots to do. However with the increase of homelessness in LA, I recommend caution when walking at night.
