Beautiful Property

First of all, the heavy foot traffic above you from the owners. They say they are accepting of animals and provide you a fenced in yard. They except you to pick up the poo the same day. When I explained that I will pick up weekly, they simply stopped cutting the grass. The amount of spiders, millipedes, something with pinchers not a scorpion, when I mentioned this they ran along the base of basement with at home bug spray. This did nothing to help! They did not disclose the loud noise from their water tank that is in the basement apartment. They apparently get real upset if you want to wash clothes around 11, the lady complains of the noise, they themselves are up late making noise consistently. Sounds like they are always moving furniture. I had a few things delivered and when I did it always seemed an excuses as to why my mail was open. They are very nosey and I felt like I was in a dorm room vs an apartment. This has been one of the worse experiences since travel nursing.
