This house has everything you need and it is super clean and well maintained. It appeared recently renovated and the owners Ellen and Bruce continue to invest in it, Ellen and Bruce were a pleasure to deal with and available to assist with anything we needed. The rentals included kayaks which were used to explore the canals and the house sees lots of wildlife. The neighbors are quiet and friendly and the house is well situated close to punta Gorda and manasota key/Boca grande. Would definitely rent again in the future!

Ellen and I live in Gorham, ME. We have a small farm with goats, chickens, cats & two naughty cattle dogs. We enjoy buying and renovating old farmhouses here at home and have been landlords in Maine. After vacationing in the Port Charlotte area last year, we decided to spread our real estate wings to the area and purchase a rental house.
