About the landlord

DAC Property Management is run by my wife and I, now for 20 years. We are very hands on with properties in the North County of San Diego. If something is wrong, we take care of it within 24 hours. Most of our Tenants have stayed with us for 5 years to 20 years. This is our 1st midterm rental, so we will see how it goes. We would like a 11 month lease, with one month in Sept for the family to use, you still get to use all the great summer months at the beach.
