3 bed 1 bath private room for rent

Had a bad experience with this landlord. He didn't give a copy of the signed lease. He said the $700 deposit is refundable, that was a lie. When I asked for a copy of the lease he download a blank lease off of his cellphone and sent to me. I stayed there for a month. I paid him $1400. $700 for the month and $700. Deposit. The following month, I paid him $ 700 for the second month. 3 days later my assignment was canceled. When I asked for the deposit he told me he is not giving it to me. Should have given him a 90 day notice. The assignment is 13 weeks. So I don't know what 90 days he's referring to. He a dishonest man he knows the renters don't live in the area he can getaway with it by withholding their deposit. The bed is very uncomfortable. His dog barks all the time. He runs up and down the stairs constantly him and the dog. He slams the door every time he goes in and out. He knew I worked the night shift. He had no consideration . I would not recommend anyone to rent there.
