Three rooms shared bathroom, only females Room 1

This is a three-bedroom house with two living rooms, a kitchen, a laundry room in the basement, an upstairs bath, and a bedroom on the front porch. On the second floor, there is a bathroom and the bedrooms. A hospital, stores, and a gas station are close by. I only allow one person per room. No smoking. The furniture is new!
