The property is surrounded by nature, quiet and peaceful but neighbors (like my personal house) are just a couple of minutes away. You feel like you are in the middle of the mountains and yet just five minutes from the little town of Talking Rock, eight minutes from Jasper and fifteen minutes from Ellijay. There are plenty of breweries around and several vineyards within 15-30 minutes. It is just a perfect location.

    I have owned an Atlanta based Travel Agency for over 25 years. The opportunity arose to purchase the cabin next door so I decided to purchase and use the property as family overflow and on a rental program. My niece and her fellow students in a PA program have had such a difficult time finding affordable housing for their month long placements so I have changed my rental direction from Vacation seekers to students and health professionals needing short term rentals.
