There is a main Farmhouse on the property that get's rented for airbnb and a wood shop that's below the Studio and is being used maybe 1-2 days a week during normal business hours and all depending on the projects. Don't worry there is no loud noises or dust coming to the Studio space.

I moved from Germany to New York 28 Years ago with my husband and in 2006 we bought our first house Upstate. We love to renovate houses but making sure we are keeping the original charm and thats exactly what we did to this beautiful Farmhouse from 1809.
