Cute house in Claremont Village

We had a wonderful experience with renting this home for about a year and a half. The house and landscaping have an artistic flair to them which gave us the feel of being on vacation throughout our stay. The house itself is clean, comfortable and has a warm/friendly feel about it. The newly remodeled bathroom and walk-in shower off the master bedroom is delightful. A highlight of this home is having doors which open to the back deck (and yard beyond the deck) from the master bedroom, the sun room and the kitchen - giving the house a very open feel. It also makes this home a great one for entertaining. The kitchen was fully stocked and the appliances were in good working order. The washer and dryer were conveniently located in a set-apart laundry room/bathroom. The living room was comfortable and cozy with an easy to use gas fireplace. The deck and backyard is a private sanctuary filled with fruit trees and native California plants. Hummingbirds abound! The studio in the backyard was a great place for quiet reading, studying and writing - as well as for housing out-of-town guests. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We loved that we could easily walk to the Village for dining and other activities as well as to Trader Joe's and Sprouts for grocery shopping. The owner is respectful, responsive and reliable. You would be very fortunate to live in this attractive, well cared for home.
