About the landlord

My wife and I have lived in this location for 20+ years and love the proximity to the canyon and its trails. We're active, outdoor people who make the most of Auburn and the Sierra Foothills. I have trained for and run ultramarathons, rock climbed, mountain biked and whitewater boated all from our house in Auburn. Now that our kids are grown and gone we find our house to be larger than we need and think we can offer a great spot for the right person in a tough housing market.
