APARTMENT ON CANYON RIM

Great location, cozy place and wonderful Landlord! This is the second place that I rented out from Cathy. She's an awesome person, very professional and she makes sure that you have all the amenities you need and the place is tidy and well organized before checking in.

This property was AMAZING and the Canyon is your backyard. Cathy makes it a pleasure to stay in her basement part of her house. You do share a washer and dryer with her, but she is very respectful and always makes sure she texts or calls before coming downstairs. The downstairs has plenty of room as well as a ping pong table. You have black out curtains in the bedroom and the kitchen has plenty of room and upgrades as well as the bathroom.

I can't say enough positive things about my stay at Cathy's home. The location on the rim is stunning, I spent a great deal of time outside on the porch admiring the view and saying hello to people passing by on the walking path. The living space itself was very clean and cozy. Cathy is very welcoming and respectful. I would definitely stay again!
