1 bedroom with shared bathroom

I am a 51 yr old woman with 2 grown daughters one lives close by with 2 small children . The other is in Miami which I try to visit every 2 or 3 moths for 2 weeks. My 78 yr old mother also lives with me who is retired . We do have dogs but I keep a clean house. No smoking inside home , we are not smokers. I have been in real estate for about 25 yrs, My mother is a retired agent and also had done some care taking of older people. We are pretty quiet people and keep to ourselves. I enjoy working in the yard and have a green house and garden that keeps. me busy. I do work from home most of the time .
