Newly Remodeled 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Home Near Evansville Hospitals

I hate to leave bad reviews, but if I could do 0/5 I would. After my experience, I want my fellow colleagues to be aware prior to deciding to rent with this company. This company will not accept 30 day min, even if you are considering extension; If your contract is canceled by the facility, this company will still charge you the remaining rent plus additional fees regardless of prior notice and documentation. As a travel RN of 6 yrs, I have never encountered anything like this. I expected to forfeit my deposit and pay cleaning, but to pay 2mon rent on a place in a state I am not staying is absurd. We accept the possibility that facilities have the potential to cancel for various purposes, through no fault of ours, it just happens. But I strongly rec. a landlord who is less money hungry and more understanding of what we do. They even went as far as to file collections and eviction notices 8 days AFTER they knew I vacated. I believe they have No moral compass, so please be aware.
