this is a newer and very nice 40 ft fifth wheel, you have your own yard, outside table and chairs and bar b que. one bedroom in the back, quiet, king bed and a fold out couch queen bed. microwave is also a confection oven. nice dining area can sit with laptop there. has a small washer dryer combo, only for small loads, will need to take anything big to laundromat

Pull out couch in the living room is a queen bed. well behaved dogs only, dogs must be kept in kennel when not home, must be leashed outside per the rv park rules and must be cleaned up after outside. very nice and safe neighborhood. we often have traveling nurses and staff staying here. washer and dryer is a small combo unit, can only do small loads, will need to take sheets, blankets, coats etc to laundromat.

We moved here from Omaha NE 3 years ago to be near family. Now live in the tiny house next door to our rental property. Come do some glamping with us. Our place is very cozy and in a nice neighborhood. we would love to have you stay with us.
