Jake Chamberlain and Lalo Torres jointly own the 208 S. 11th st rental property as business partners. Jake is a Lamar native and is a local ag & commercial loan officer and has spent his career in the finance industry. Jake and his wife Teresa have been married for 25 years and they have two grown children. Lalo, also a Lamar native, is a self employed construction contractor (Torres Drywall and Construction) and he and his wife Michelle of 16 years have 5 wonderful children, 2 of which are school aged and 3 are grown adults.
