You will be the primary renter of the house and have the full run of the inside and outside. This is a shared accommodation with one other person renting a room. The third bedroom is a dedicated office that is your exclusive use.
Quiet, older-established neighborhood. Local traffic on the street in front so traffic is light. A former elementary school across the street is being converted to an early childhood learning center which adds to the quietness of the neighborhood (no houses where the school is and no kids in the school).

Life is good, but I'm also not getting any younger. With retirement still several years away, I'm approaching life from a different angle. I've been fortunate to have owned my home since February 2021. Originally from Canada, I have been a resident of the San Francisco/Bay Area for 27 amazing years. However this year, with that different angle of looking at life, I am planning a 6-month "sabbatical" to enjoy the summer with my sister in Canada. She and I aren't getting any younger and it is time to whoop it up together again.
