Dental professional that spends 99% of her time at another location. I may be back 2x a month for a very short period (1 hr, if that) other than that the house is yours. I have a friend that rents space (a room) in the basement as a studio for radio/ podcasts, he is also rarely there. He has a house in Andover with his wife.
