As a fellow travel nurse, I urge you to avoid this property. The photos are deceiving; the landlord prioritizes appearances over your safety and comfort. My requests for basic necessities like toilet paper and AC were met with blame or neglect, and when I raised concerns, he responded with hostilityeven implying I brought pests from work. Though he charges a $150 cleaning fee, no professional cleaning was provided. The bathroom was cleaned once; towels werent rotated for weeks. A cracked tupperware I discarded was fished from the trash and returned. He also raised the rent from $950 to $1500an increase that felt reactionary after tenant complaints. I left early because I couldnt bear the treatment, allowing him to keep rent through July 16. You deserve better: a safe, clean, respectful home after long shifts. This isnt it.
