This is a newly renovated single family house in desirable Fort Hill. My guest room is on the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a backyard space. As noted, I have two dogs. One is 12 years-old and is sick so she will be leaving me soon, and the other is a 3 year-old who is a love bug once she gets to know you.

The laundry is also located in this bathroom, so I would be accessing for laundry. I do have two dogs so you must like/love dogs.

Fort Hill is close to Longwood, BMC, and a short commute to MGH. My house is walkable to Fenway Park, South End, Back Bay, Nubian Square, Franklin Park. Easy access to the Silver Line or the Orange line. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping. The community is friendly with a diverse population.

    I live in this house with my dog Arya Stark. I have one bedroom available in this 2100sq ft house. I am easy going. I don't eat/cook meat in the house and prefer a vegetarian or vegan but will consider someone who does eat/cook meat. Must love dogs (seriously).
