The owner lives downstairs and the whole upstairs is used for a guest. I am in the process of upgrading the kitchenette area . There is private older but nicely appointed an claw-foot tub wtih a shower / bath area.. the primary bedroom is super large.. comfy mattresses, fluffy pillows and sheets are new, Hard wood floors .. charming 1950's Cape Cod home. Super quiet safe neighbood near everything.
It is a super quiet, safe neighborhood near everything! Less than a mile walk , bike, or drive to Mercy Hospital. It is a pretty walking neighborhood, going to a hill where you can view the sunset over the town. Walmart supermarket, Aldi, dollar store, UPS, and Greek and Mexican restaurants are all within walking distance. There is plenty of street parking and driveway parking when I travel.

A very nice wonderful lady that always made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and very clean. Really made us feel as if we were home. I would highly recommend anyone if youre visiting Cape Girardeau area! 10/10 :)

I'm very friendly, quiet, reliable, and a super host on Airbnb. I travel ALOT for work, so I am rarely home downstairs. In the past seven months, I've been home a total of six times. When I am, I am usually recharging, cleaning, or gardening during the day, and quiet at night.
