What this property offers
A quiet street, with easy highway access. My favorite parts of the apartment are the natural light and the kitchen. I love to cook and entertain so we renovated the kitchen with those things in mind. I hope you enjoy it too! Lots of windows, comfy furnishings, and South Side charm.
2nd floor apartment in a multi-unit home. A (female) full-time tenant, and property manager, lives on the 1st floor, and the 3rd floor is an Airbnb listing with it's own entrance.
The main living & dining area is a large open space with lots of windows and natural light. There's a front room, kind of a sitting room, with a fold out twin bed. The kitchen is recently updated and has great lighting, plenty of cabinets, a gas stove...
Not really a walkable neighborhood, you'll need a car. Our street is one block long and runs behind a school and church so it's nice & quiet.
It's just a couple minutes off I-55 so you can be anywhere in downtown, midtown, to South county within 15 minutes, easily.
There are lots of great restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, and coffee shops close by for those days off.
