My home is in such a pretty setting! From the kitchen or on the deck view the massive Cottonwood trees and the expansive nature park. Very peaceful. Great neighbors. I have lived here 20 years. Contemporary furnishings. I'm clean but not a fanatic. I do travel frequently for weekends away. I have 2 cats. 5 minutes to town. Beautiful Tom Sawyer lake for walks around and hiking.
Cute one bedroom, closet with shelves, small desk, bedding and linens. Private full bath with shower and tub. You can enter through the garage or front door. Laundry room 3 steps out your door. Locking door. Full use of kitchen and living room space. Wonderful deck with view of field of Cottonwoods and nature. Either driveway or garage parking in extreme hot or cold months. I have 2 sweet cats.
Neighborhood is great. Quiet private street, no traffic, only residents. Nature park trails and lake in walking distance.
Good neighbors. I have lived here for 20 years. 5 minutes to town!

I just cant say enough how wonderful my stay was with Kathleen. As a travel nurse its so important for me to be comfortable and able to rest for another shift. Even the deer in the backyard were quiet
