Grants Cottage is a roomy stand alone home with a front and back deck. The home is on a small working ranch that has horses, and a variety of smaller pets. The ranch is rural, but within 3 minutes of Spirit Lake and 10 minutes to the Arnolds Park Amusement Park. The Elinor Bedell State Park is directly across the road and has wonderful walking paths!
