Id say the best part of this property is, its a big house with plenty of space. I dont need the money so Im not letting just anyone stay. I have priorities and goals so I dont party. I keep the house clean, I take pride in my home, Everything is included as if it was your own home and id say a huge bonus is the POOL
At the moment I have 3 rooms available, they are furnished with a queen bed, Dresser, Tv and nightstand. full closet as well. This has a clean shared bathroom. You have access to the kitchen, Living room and dining room. I also have a POOL yep perfect time of year... You can choose the room that you want based on other tenants. All doors will have locks. I am laid back; I can keep to myself or hangout I'm not shy but understand everyone is not as personable as me. I cook, clean, and try to make a home we can all be proud of. there is plenty of space for dining and entertaining with notice. I have a band room with drums and guitars. Noise would not be an issue I couldn't tell you the last time I turned them on but it's a bonus for anyone who does play. I work, I work out and sleep most times. Or out of town. I want you to feel like this is your home too. Not just a room.
