The Casa has a full designer kitchen , private bath with shower, queen bed and 2 bunks (these are separated by a half way rather than a door). You have outdoor access onto a shared patio overlooking the foothills.

There is a smart TV in the living/dining room area. It was purchased in 2024 and has access to Netflix, Prime, etc. if you sign into your own account. It doesn't have cable. There is wifi.
The Casa has a full kitchen, private bathroom with shower, queen bed and 2 bunks (in an alcove). It has all recently been renovated while keeping its old world vibe. Outdoor patio overlooking the foothills.
Come stay and play in Red Rocks park... with only a handful of homes in this area it has a rural feel with city access. Red Rocks provides yoga and fitness classes, hiking, biking and views galore. This magical location can have a lot of traffic in the evenings during concert season and sometimes you can hear a show from the yard. I grew up in Plymouth, MA and went to college at the University of Notre Dame and that is what created my love for South Bend and the people there. I have lived in many places but home has been the Denver area for the last 17 years. I live here with my husband and 2 children, Lila and Remy.
