This one-bedroom apartment with a separate outside entrance is located on the 3rd floor of my home. It is fully furnished and quite unique. It also includes a private deck looking out over my back yard, as well as a lush area behind the house. NOTE: The kitchen area is quite small, so if you cook a lot, this is not a good fit!
