Close to hospitals, 3 beds/3 baths w/ pool, great neighborhood near parks, traditionally rented to medical residents

Michele's home is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. It offers a comfortable, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere that created the ideal setting for me to complete my homework. It's conveniently located close to school, and the pool was definitely an added bonus. Michele is an excellent host, always quick to respond whenever I had questions.

This comfortable house is close to the university and hospitals and the airport. Michele is a cool person and a great landlord and was responsive to any questions or issues. The house is spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. A perfect setup for professional roommates, the house has several common living areas with well separated bedrooms, offering plenty of quiet and privacy for our odd sleep/work hours as well as study time. The backyard and pool are perfect for relaxation or entertaining and the blackout curtains are great to accommodate the crazy hours of medical professionals. Would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed in Michele's wonderful Albuquerque home a few times over the years and it has always been a wonderful experience. The property comes equipped with every amenity, is extremely comfortable, and is conveniently located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The backyard/covered patio and swimming pool is an added bonus :)
