This home was built in 2004 in a selected area in Gavilan Hills in Perris, CA. In 2.5 acres of fruit trees in a fenced and gated property. The 3 ,200 Sq. Ft. Of 5 bed.and 3 bath is occupied by our Granddaughter and us. In the hallway there are 2 bed. 1 ba. On each side. One side is entirely vacant. We rent each room separately. One person to each only.
