Hello everyone! my name is Sean and i this condo has a very special place in my heart, not only have i enjoyed it by myself for 5 years, i also grew up in this condo. Not only is is peaceful and quaint, its has all the appeal of a small community seeing as how there are only 20 units in the building. All the residents are respectful and you can always count on a friendly hello whether walking down the hallway, using the elevator, or doing laundry.
