I am a Physician Assistant and work in emergency medicine. I have been a traveler for years and understand what makes a comfortable provider / nursing house. There are 4 bedrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms will typically be long term rentals. They both have ocean views 3 blocks away. The two downstairs bedrooms will have shorter rentals as they typically will have a physician or APP for a couple of days at a time. Steven is the best host! He's very responsive and even provides a number of amenities to make your life easier. The place looks just like the pictures. Nice neighborhood with a great view of the beach down the street. I've stayed here over a month now and I'm so glad I made the decision to stay here. Compared to other housing /hotels in the area, this place is much more affordable and convenient!

I live full time in Las Vegas with my wife and three daughters age 11, 17, 21. I am a Physician Assistant in Emergency Medicine and have a pretty busy schedule and do locums travel work in a few states. In my spare time I enjoy travel, photography, and I'm a real foodie.
