We have three flat screen tvs throughout the Carriage Home. Each Bedroom has a TV and the living room has a TV. All the TVs are smart TV's so you can log into your apps from the TV. In addition, we have wifi available too.
Carriage Home on Ground Level. Golf Community, Monthly Rent includes the Transfer of the Golf Club Membership to Tenant. The home is newly updated, backs up to the water and 9th hole, no cart path behind home, no morning greens crew mowing. Very quiet and private, across the street is the swimming pool. Our carriage home has a garage and a driveway.

We are year round Floridians that live here in the Spring Run Golf Community, we are 2 blocks away from the carriage home. My husband Mike is a retired Army Ranger and is originally from Virginia Beach and Syracuse areas. I'm Ann, originally from Kansas City and a diehard Chiefs Fan. We just recently got married and have purchased a villa in the community two blocks away. During your stay if you need anything we are around the corner.
