What this property offers
It's 1 acre of quiet land in a cul-de-sac that is very safe and quiet. Their are outdoors xameras and motion sensor lights for your safety. If anything is needed please feel free to reach out. We are very accommodating here. Only 1 elderly neighbor who is very helpful if anything is needed and we are unavailable. Unit does have a small washer and dryer in unit. Great for smaller loads but not larger items like comforters.
It's a tiny home but it does have a bedroom and closet. It does have small washer & dryer. Bigger item we can launder for you.
Very quiet small neighborhood only about 20 homes on block. It's located in a cul-de-sac, so only 1 elderly neighborhood. Mostly geese, deer, ducks and frogs. Only 5 minutes from laundry mat, walmart and hwy 40 and 240. Small pond in rear.

I'm retired military . The only woman to serve in all four branches of the military. This tiny home is on one acre of quiet land where I'm attempting to grow my own fruits and vegetables. I'm rarely on the land myself usually traveling and enjoying retirement.
