Our house would be perfect for 1 or 2 visiting nurses/ other professionals over the winter months, with 2 separate beds/baths on either end of the house. Since it's during the winter months, snow plowing of the driveway is included in the rent. Availability from Nov. 1st to April 30th, with flexibility on either end.

About the landlord

We are retired snowbirds and spend our winters down South, so would like to rent our house to nurses/corporate travelers/other professionals. We are typically gone for 6 months, Nov. through April, so would like to rent for at least 3-6 months. We can also be flexible with arrival and departure dates. While gone we have neighbors that can help out in a pinch, as well as for driveway snow removal.
