The door in photo is exterior door shared between both suites/apartments. Laundry is shared as well. Door to left has been replaced and is the entrance to the basement unit. Laundry is old but it's better than our new laundry on the other side. We love this washer and dryer, gets the job done better, faster and for less! :) Will not be replacing these any time soon.
The front yard is fully fenced including the driveway. To get in, you must get out your car and push open the right side of the gate. We hope to have a gate opener installed by end of summer or be able to leave this open if we have tenants that are good at securing the ranch gates to keep the dogs inside (and the coyotes out).
