Have lived here for over a year now - great space, never feels crowded. I'm a sucker for the suburban-vibe: perfectly side-walked, quiet neighborhood that's great for evening walks and bike rides, plus close to a great park like Flat Iron. Landlord is super easy to work with and considerate that tenants feel comfortable with all roommates - very nice to have someone so mindful in a co-ed house. I truly love the backyard too. *Current resident not looking to move out, so you can ignore the move out date
Ryan was a great landlord, super responsive and cared for the home greatly. Other roommates/tenants were cool and respectful and having all the extra space both inside and out (with that dreamy yard) made it feel like I lived alone. Definitely would recommend.
