This sweet home has been completely updated. It's very very clean. The kitchen has drip coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, magic bullet blender etc. The terrazzo floors are wonderful. The entire house is yours to enjoy. There are bikes in the garage and beach chairs/umbrella. There is also a brand new pool with beautiful covered area. The monthly rent will adjust with seasons and potential length of stay. Note: laundry is in bedroom with double bed. Payment is via zelle or wire transfer.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe yet close to all amenities - Publix, Walmart, restaurants, pharmacy, bank and golfing. Sanibel and Fort Myers beach are a 25 minute drive, RSW airport is a 25 minute drive. Boats rentals are 15 minutes away if you want to cruise the canals for a day.
