What Improvements Have Been Made to the Calendar?
We’ve introduced several updates to enhance your experience:
Enter bookings and blocking events directly into your Furnished Finder calendar. Easily view and manage all your calendar events in your Landlord Dashboard.
Mark dates as unavailable for any reason. Whether you’re scheduling maintenance, planning personal stays, or have a short-term rental booking, you can block off specific dates with ease. (Event details remain private to you.)
Real-time syncing with Airbnb and VRBO. Say goodbye to scheduling conflicts—our updated system ensures accurate availability across platforms.
How Does Availability Update Based on Bookings and Blocking Events?
Here are a couple of examples of how your availability will automatically update:
Scenario 1: A landlord blocks off January 1–15 for maintenance and then has a booking from Airbnb for January 20–24. If they have a 30-day minimum stay requirement, their next available move-in date will be January 24.
Scenario 2: A landlord has a Furnished Finder booking from January 1–March 31, then blocks off April 3–5 for personal use. With no other future blocks, their next available move-in date is April 5—meaning a tenant could move in that evening.
Pro Tip: If you don’t allow same-day turnovers, simply add a one-night blocking event (e.g., labeled “Turnover”) to your calendar for better clarity.
Can I Set Minimum Stays More Easily Now?
Yes! You can now adjust minimum stay settings directly from your calendar, starting with a 30-day minimum. This makes it quick and easy to manage your booking preferences and maintain control over reservations.
