The Damage Protection Plan is now available (and better than ever) on Furnished Finder. It’s a coverage program built on Rental Guardian's Home Guardian product, a program that has been protecting property owners for over 13 years.

Under the previous program, there were limitations around security deposits. With the Damage Protection Plan, many landlords choose to lower their deposit while keeping coverage in place.
That matters, because 57% of tenants say they’ve passed on a rental when the deposit felt too high.
