Tenant screening allows you to make educated decisions about who you want to rent your property. Furnished Finder partners with TransUnion to screen for criminal, credit, and eviction history. This process does not affect your potential tenant’s credit score. This service is free for landlords and affordable for tenants – the service costs a tenant $44.99 and each report is good for 60 days.

Damage Protection Plan: an extra layer of protection for landlords

We’re excited to introduce the Damage Protection Plan, a simple and effective way to safeguard your property against unexpected tenant-caused damage.
