Excellent place, even better people!
My spouse and I had a fantastic stay at David and Maria's loft-style studio during our relocation to Chattanooga! The apartment is clean, spacious, and flooded with natural light from huge windows. Even during peak July TN heat, the split AC kept the space perfectly cool. It's got high-speed WiFi, a large smart TV, and all the cleaning supplies or kitchen appliances you could need. David and Maria generously stocked starter supplies (kitchen essentials, paper towels, tissues) that lasted us the entire month. Located on a quiet street with easy parking, it's walkable to downtown (~30 min), we walked daily to Erlanger (~20 min) but the drive is <5 minutes, and its close to CARTA bus routes too. David and Maria are truly warm, exceptional hosts who go above and beyond. David even accompanied me to the DMV to get my driver's license! Their kindness made our move seamless. Highly recommended for any traveler or healthcare worker!
