Raised Ranch style house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Central air conditioning and central heating. Partially finished basement with a bathroom and front entrance to the house(this is the space being rented.) Small back yard patio with propane furnace.

Private "Studio" room on the ground level of a 3 bed 2 bath Raised Ranch style home in Malden. Private entrance(front entrance of the house). Private bathroom with laundry. In unit kitchenette with large air fryer oven and hot plate for cooking.
We live upstairs and will need to use the laundry occasionally, it's in the bathroom at the bottom of the stairs, so we wouldn't enter your space, but we will always get in touch ...
Neighborhood overview
House on a quiet residential street in Malden. Plenty of free on street parking(no permit needed). ~2 miles to both Malden Center and Oak Grove T stations, Oak Grove is slightly closer. We like to say the location is amazing because it's no more than a 30 minute drive to basically anything we'd like to do!
