Wow! Where do I begin? I was so blessed to stay at the Cozy Cottage. To start, no one could ask for a better host. The property is immaculate and the host's were responsive to all my questions. This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the exceptionally stocked kitchen and bath, to the comfortable king sized bed, it doesn't stop there... you even have a washer & dryer. Then there is the dedicated parking spot just for the tenant. Your surrounded by a peaceful beautiful community only a short walk to awesome restaurants and parks in downtown San Mateo. I won't hesitate to request to stay here anytime I am in the area for work again!!

We could not have asked for a better rental experience for our son during his summer college internship. Kristen's "Cozy Corner" exceeded every expectation for comfort, safety, and hospitality. The newly built home is beautiful, spotless, and filled with natural light from skylights. It is fully equipped with everything needed to feel right at home. Located behind the main house, the Cozy Corner is incredibly private and secure with its own completely fenced, locked entrance. Parking is easy and the location is ideal for commuting to San Mateo, SFO, Stanford, SF and beyond. Kristen's communication was amazing; she was incredibly attentive, answered questions immediately, and consistently followed up. Kristen and her husband are genuinely kind people who went out of their way to care for our son, becoming trusted friends. He had the best experience renting from them.
