I had an excellent stay. The private bedroom and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Even though the living room, kitchen, and balcony were shared spaces, everything was kept tidy and was easy to use. The home was comfortable, and I had a pleasant experience throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

This was my first time renting a room and it was smooth sailing! My stay with Derek was comfortable as he was respectful and accommodating. This place was convenient to many places, especially being in the heart of town. Overall, I would stay here again :)
