Spacious Lower-Level Apartment with Utilities Included and Private Backyard

Great, convenient basement Airbnb style apartment

I was out of the area and needed an "Airbnb" type of place for my son and I in Highlands Ranch while we looked for something more permanent. HRCA doesn't allow typical Airbnb's making it a challenge to find as the owner must be living there and this was perfect for what we needed. Great location. Rhonda was extremely flexible, helpful and inviting. The lack of private entry was not a problem. Rhonda discloses things like her dogs and other details upfront, so you have clear expectations. The dogs are well behaved and controlled and were never an issue. Parking for 2 cars was not an issue. The apartment has everything you would need and expect in a corporate Airbnb type of short-term rental. I am keeping in mind for future needs.
