Furnished Mid-Term Stay - Summerhill ATL, Mins to Grady & Emory

Easily the best option you'll find for the price in ATL

Pros: -Immediate neighborhood feels safe enough. Walkable to publix and nearby shops -Modern home with clean furniture. Stocked with many appliances -Plenty of natural and artificial light -Parking (tight) available for 1 vehicle, sometimes can find another spot nearby -Close to major hospitals nearby; easy access to the freeway -Did not hear neighbors -Highly responsive landlord. If there are any issues, you will not have them for long To consider: -There are dehumidifiers on every level of the townhouse. The landlord will monitor these. I didn't enjoy the noise on the bedroom level, but the landlord compromised with adding another on the middle floor. -The fridge had some water issues which the landlord offered to fix during my stay. -The stadium is very close and you will hear them on game day The landlord is thoughtful and keen on making your stay comfortable. When one AC unit went out, he was quickly installing a window unit. Overall, it's easy to recommend.
