Incredible Views of Lake Merritt from this quiet 2 Bed, 2 Bath Oakland Condo

Review after a 2-year stay

My partner and I were fortunate to stay on this property for 2 years, and it was an incredible place for us. I have a lot of positive things to say, but I will keep it brief since there is a review length limit. Location is great. The building is directly on Lake Merritt, and the unit is high up with beautiful views of Oakland. The building is a 10 minute walk from all BART lines, which we frequently used. Never had any issues with mail/packages, or with noise from other tenants. Nice covered parking space. Furnishings in the apartment are great. Everything was well made and comfortable. Second bedroom has a bed large enough for all the guests we had visit. Lots of natural light in the unit with the big windows in both front and bag. Landlord was very responsive whenever we had an issue. From helping us replace broken appliances to dealing with a leaking tub, I felt all our needs were met quickly and with lots of care. I was very grateful and appreciated the communication.
